- Human G-CSF Antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Description
- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Captures human G-CSF in sandwich ELISAs. In this format, no cross-reactivity or interference was observed with recombinant human (rh) GM-CSF, rmGM-CSF, rhM-CSF, or rmM-CSF. This antibody cross-reacts with recombinant mouse G-CSF at concentrations greater than 50 ng/mL.

- Cell Proliferation Induced by G-CSF and Neutralization by Human G-CSF Antibody. Recombinant Human G-CSF (Catalog # 214-CS) stimulates proliferation in the NFS-60 mouse myeloid cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human G-CSF (0.125 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human G-CSF Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB214). The ND50 is typically 0.01-0.03 µg/mL.
