- Detection of Human IkB-epsilon by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of DA3 mouse myeloma cell line, PC-3 human prostate cancer cell line, Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, LNCaP human prostate cancer cell line, and MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human IkB-epsilon Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4300) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for IkB-epsilon at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 4.
