- Description: The eBioHP40 antibody reacts with the p40 subunit of human IL-12 p70, and human IL-23. IL-12 is a 70 kDa heterodimeric cytokine composed of two covalently linked chains, p40 and p35, and is secreted primarily by activated monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. IL-23 is a biologically-related, heterodimeric cytokine composed of disulfide-linked p40 and p19 subunits.

- Staining of unstimulated (left) or stimulated (right) cultured human dendritic cells with Anti-Human CD11b PE (Product # 12-0118-42) followed by fixation and permeabilization and subsequent intracellular staining with Anti-Human IL-12/IL-23 p40 eFluor® 660. Total viable cells as determined by Fixable Viability Dye eFluor® 450 (Product # 65-0863-14) were used for analysis.
