Experimental details

Total cell lysate from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (lane 1) and Raji cells (lane 2) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified anti-TRAF1 (clone W15137A) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an HRP goat anti-mouse IgG antibody and chemiluminescence detection. Purified anti-β-actin (clone Poly6221) antibody was used as a loading control.
