- Western blot analysis of ISG15 in lysates from HeLa cells, treated with or without IFN (1000 U/mL) for 24 hours using ISG15 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-17461).

- Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of A549 (Lane 1), A549 treated with IFNa (1000U/mL for 24 hours) (Lane 2), HeLa (Lane 3), HeLa treated with IFNa (1000U/mL for 24 hours) (Lane 4) and MCF7 (Lane 5). The blot was blocked with 2% BSA for 1h, probed with Anti-ISG15 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-17461, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 17kDa band corresponding to ISG15 was observed across all the cell lines tested and was induced upon treatment of A549 and HeLa cells with IFNa treatment.
