- Immunofluorescent analysis of CYC1 in HeLa cells. Cells were incubated with CYC1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72170) using a dilution of 1:25. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green) with a dilution of 1:400 was used as the secondary antibody. Cytoplasmic actin was detected with Alexa Fluor 555 conjugated with Phalloidin (red).
