- Detection of Human Ajuba by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of PC-3 human prostate cancer cell line, A549 human lung carcinoma cell line, and HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Human Ajuba Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5594) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for Ajuba at approximately 55 to 60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
