- Detection of human ZNF184 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZNF184 antibody A303-739A used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. ZNF184 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ZNF184 antibody A303-738A, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated ZNF184, A303-738A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).
