- Western blot analysis of CBR1. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from C2C12, H9c2, HAP-1, HeLa, HepG2, and HT-1080 cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with CBR1 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57001) at a 1:5,000 dilution and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody at a 1:20,000 dilution respectively.

- Immunocytochemical staining of CBR1 in C2C12 cells using CBR1 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57001) at a 1:1,1000 dilution. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; Carbonyl reductase 1 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar: 20 μm.
