- Detection of human CCDC43 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CCDC43 antibody A301-837A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. CCDC43 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CCDC43 antibodies A301-836A and A301-838A, which recognize other epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated CCDC43, A301-836A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 second.
