- Detection of Mouse and Rat TLR7 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse thymus tissue and NR8383 rat alveolar macrophage cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse/Rat TLR7 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7156) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for TLR7 at approximately 130 to 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
