- Western blot using Tlr7 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB11332) shows detection of a predominant band at ~121 kDa corresponding to Tlr7 (arrowhead) in a Daudi whole cell lysate.The predicted MW of Tlr7 is 121 kDa. Tlr7 was detected using 0.5 ug/mL (lane A), 1.0 ug/mL (lane B) and 2 ug/mL (lane C) concentrations of primary antibody.
