- Gels were loaded with 1, 2.5, 5.0 and 7.5 μg/lane of HeLa and Raw204.4 cell lysates. 0.2 μg/ml primary antibody was used, blocking buffer (Blotto; 5% dry milk powder in TBST). R1253HRP anti Mouse IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at 1/20.000 dilution was used.
