Western blot testing of human 1) placenta, 2) HEp-2, 3) HeLa, 4) A549 and 5) PANC-1 lysate with Alpha 1 microglobulin antibody at 0.5ug/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 26-28 kDa (Alpha 1 microglobulin), ~39 kDa (uncleaved AMBP). These proteins may be observed at higher molecular weights due to glycosylation.
