- Western Blot: Niemann-Pick type C2 Antibody [NBP1-52028] - Western blot analysis of Niemann-Pick type C2 in Human Testis lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) using NBP1-52028 at 0.5ug/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
