- Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of SH-SY5Y (Lane 1), SK-N-AS (Lane 2), IMR-32 (Lane 3), Hep G2 (Lane 4) and HEK-293 (Lane 5). The blot was probed with Anti-Dopamine beta Hydroxylase Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-34664, 1:5000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 69 kDa band corresponding to Dopamine beta Hydroxylase was detected in SH-SY5Y which is a positive cell line for the targeted protein when compared to other cells which are reported to be negative.
