- Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of MCF7 (Lane 1), COS-7 (Lane 2), HEK 293 (Lane 3), HepG2 (Lane 4) and NIH/3T3 (Lane 5). The blot was probed with Anti-PEPCK Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-18426, 1 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence using Rabbit anti-Goat IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27014, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 62 kDa band corresponding to PEPCK was observed across the cell lines tested.
