- Immunoprecipitation: TFAP4 Antibody [NBP1-46201] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-AP4 antibody A302-760A used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. AP4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-AP4 antibody NBP1-46202, which recognizes a downstream epitope.
