- Flow cytometry of TERT in Jurkat cells. Samples were incubated in TERT monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-16034) and a matched isotype control using a dilution of 1 µg/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature followed by mouse IgM Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated secondary antibody. Antibody (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin.
