Western blot analysis of YY1 expression in rat lung extract (lane 1), JURKAT whole cell lysates (lane 2), CEM whole cell lysates (lane 3) and HEPG2 whole cell lysates (lane 4). YY1 at 65 kD was detected using rabbit anti- YY1 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 0.5 ug/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method.
