- Western blot analysis from lysates of SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line and NMuMG mouse mammary gland epithelial cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human Lipoprotein Lipase/LPL Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47033) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Lipoprotein Lipase/LPL at approximately 56 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Samples were incubated in LPL polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47033) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to cell surfaces and cytoplasm.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of LPL in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human heart. Samples were incubated with LPL polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47033) using a dilution of 3 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by Anti-Goat IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody. Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cardiomyocytes.
