Anti Human VLDL receptor, clone 5F3. Monoclonal antibody produced in mouse. Useful for ELISA and western blot under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Binds to an epitope on the VLDL receptor ligand binding domain (amino acids 31-355, UniProtKB: locus VLDLR_HUMAN, accession P98155). Purified by immobilized Protein A. IgG1 class.
