Western blot analysis of RIP3 using RIP3 Antibody. Human tissue blot probed with 5 µg/ml of RIP3 antibody: Lanes 1: brain, Lane: 2 heart, Lane 3: small intestine, Lane 4: kidney, Lane 5: liver, Lane 6: lung, Lane 7: skeletal muscle, Lane 8: stomach, Lane 9: spleen, Lane 10: ovary, Lane 11: testis. Lane 12 is Human placenta probed at 5 mg/ml and Lane 13 is Human Ramos cell lysate probed at 7 µg/ml. Goat anti-Rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution (10087K) were used for this test.
