- Western blot analysis of ZNF146 was performed by loading Lane 1-2: 231 and K562 cell lysates (40µg) on to a 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a ZNF146 antibody (Product # PA5-51343) at a 1/200 dilution for 20 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
