- Wild-type (WT) and Peregrin knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 ?g) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Peregrin antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX102778) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
