- Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of K562 (Lane 1), PC-3 (Lane 2) and Mouse Small Intestine (Lane 3). The blots were probed with Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Anti-RUNX1 Antibody (Product # 701202, 1-3 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Recombinant Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.4 µg/mL, 1:2500 dilution). A ~ 60 kDa corresponding to RUNX1 was observed in K562 and PC3, while ~ 48 kDa band was observed in mouse small intestine tissue lysate. Known quantity of protein samples were electrophoresed using Novex® NuPAGE® 4-12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0321BOX), XCell SureLock™ Electrophoresis System (Product # EI0002) and Novex® Sharp Pre-Stained Protein Standard (Product # LC5800). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane with Pierce™ Power Blotter System (22834). The membrane was probed with the relevant primary and secondary Antibody following blocking with 5 % skimmed milk. Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Pierce™ ECL Western blotting Substrate (Product # 32106).

- Western blot analysis of RUNX1 in fetal mouse thymus lysate using a RUNX1 recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (Product # 701202) at a dilution of 2 µg/mL. Samples were detected using chemiluminescence (ECL). Results show a band at ~52kDa.
