- Western blot analysis of SEMA3G was performed by loading Jurkat cell lysates (40µg) on to a 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a SEMA3G antibody (Product # PA5-50261) at a 1/400 dilution for 30 minutes, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
