- Western blot analysis from lysates of human CD4+ T Cells and human liver tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human Cytosolic Sulfotransferase 1B1/SULT1B1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47796) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Cytosolic Sulfotransferase 1B1/SULT1B1 at approximately XXX kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Western blot analysis of SULT1B1 in human CD4+ T Cells and human liver tissue. Samples were incubated in SULT1B1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47796) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Cytosolic Sulfotransferase 1B1/SULT1B1 at approximately 36 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
