- Neutralization of Relaxin 2 in THP‚1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line. Samples were incubated in Relaxin 2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24088). Recombinant Human Relaxin‚2 induces cAMP production in the THP‚1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by cAMP Parameter Assay Kit. cAMP production elicited by Recombinant Human Relaxin‚2 (7.5 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat Anti-Human Relaxin‚2 Monoclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 1.5‚6.0 µg/mL.
