- Western blot analysis from lysates of human placenta. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-human Relaxin-2 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-24088) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody. Specific bands were detected for Relaxin-2 at approximately 8 kDa and 27 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Neutralization of Relaxin 2 in THP‚1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line. Samples were incubated in Relaxin 2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24088). Recombinant Human Relaxin‚2 induces cAMP production in the THP‚1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by cAMP Parameter Assay Kit. cAMP production elicited by Recombinant Human Relaxin‚2 (7.5 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat Anti-Human Relaxin‚2 Monoclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 1.5‚6.0 µg/mL.
