Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) either (A) untreated or (B) treated with PMA, Calcium Ionomycin, LPS, and Recombinant Human IL-23 (Catalog # 1290-IL) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human SIGIRR APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB990A) and Mouse Anti-Human CD3 epsilon PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB100P).
