Western blot analysis of CD264 (TRAIL-R4) in Lane A: Hela Membrane Lysate (20 µg). Samples were probed using a CD264 (TRAIL-R4) Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81077) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:42 kDa. Observed band size:45 kDa.
