- PA1-26616 detects Granzyme B from human, rat, and mouse samples. PA1-26616 has been successfully used in Immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry (frozen), and immunohistochemistry (paraffin) procedures. For IHC (paraffin) procedures perform heat mediated antigen retrieval using 10mM citrate buffer (p.H. 6.0) before commencing with the IHC staining protocol.
