Experimental details

Receptor specificity of the TNFRSF10A monoclonal antibody, clone HS101 (Cat # MAB3473). CV1/EBNA cells were transfected either with the empty expression vector pCDNA3 (vector control) or pCDNA3 encoding TNFRSF10A to TNFRSF10D. Two days after transfection, 1 X 10⁶ cells were stained with TNFRSF10A monoclonal antibody, clone HS101 (Cat # MAB3473).
