- Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Panendothelial Cell Antigen Antibody (MECA-32) [NB100-77668] - Panendothelial Cell Antigen (MECA-32) was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human spleen. Antibody at 1:500 for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Rat IgG VisUCyte(TM) HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC005). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to the endothelial cells.
