Description

PA1-28069 detects NKX3A from human, mouse, and rat samples. PA1-28069 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, and Western blot applications. Detects a band of approximately 21.6 -26.3 kDa. The PA1-28069 immunogen is synthetic peptide : PRLPQTPKQPQKRS conjugated to BSA, corresponding to amino acids 70-83 of Human NKX3A, isoform v1. Store as concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), store at 4°C.
