Staining of BALB/c bone marrow cells with 0.5 ug of rat IgG2a kappa isotype control purified (open histogram) or 0.5 ug of Enpep monoclonal antibody, clone 6C3 (Cat # MAB10932) (filled histogram) followed by Anti-rat IgG biotin and streptavidin PE. Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
