- Western blot analysis of cell lysates of HeLa (40 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to NC membrane and probed with WHSC1L1 monoclonal antibody , clone 2E9 (1 : 2000) (Cat # MAB1110). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
