- Western blot analysis of FGF1 in SH-SY5Y whole cell lysate. Samples were incubated with FGF1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-13394) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Predicted band size: 17 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

- Immunofluorescent analysis of WiDr cells using a FGF1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-13394) at a dilution of 1:10-50, followed by a fluor-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (green). Actin filaments were stained with dye-conjugated phalloidin (red). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).

Actin filaments have been labeled with Alexa Fluor 555 phalloidin (red). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Samples were incubated with FGF1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-13394) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
