- Renin in Human Kidney. Renin was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney using 15 ug/ml Mouse Anti-Human Renin Propeptide Monoclonal Antibody overnight at 4°C. Before incubation with the primary antibody tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic. Tissue was stained with Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
