Monoclonal antibody to human prorenin, clone 6E2-B7. Mouse monoclonal antibody directed to human prorenin. This antibody recognizes and binds to prorenin only. Binding epitope is within amino acid residues 16-29 (MPSIRESLKERGVD) of prorenin. Strongly blots prorenin under non-reducing conditions only. Cross reacts with canine prorenin due to a common epitope. No cross reactivity with mouse or rat prorenin. Clone 6E2-B7. IgG1 class.
