Experimental details

Detection of Human cIAP-2/HIAP-1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line and Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human cIAP-2/HIAP-1 Biotinylated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF8171) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998). A specific band was detected for cIAP-2/HIAP-1 at approximately 68 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
