PA5-19426 targets TRF2 in IF and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The PA5-19426 immunogen is synthetic peptide derived from residues 250 - 350 of Human TRF2. PA5-19426 detects TRF2 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 65 kDa and 69 kDa. Store antibody at 4ºC for 1-2 weeks. For long-term storage, store at -20ºC.

Western blot was performed using Anti-TRF2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-19426) and a 69kDa band corresponding to TRF2 was observed in all the tested cell models, except MDA-MB-231 which is reported to be negative for TRF2 expression. Modified whole cell lysate (1% SDS) (30ug lysate) of HCT 116 (Lane 1), MCF 10A (Lane 2), MCF7 (Lane 3) and MDA-MB-231 (Lane 4) were electrophoresed using Novex® NuPAGE® 4-12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076).

Western blot analysis of HeLa whole cell lysate using Product # PA5-19426, TRF2 primary antibody at a dilution of 1 µg/mL. Blot treated with a secondary HRP-conjugated Goat polyclonal anti-Rabbit antibody was used at a dilution of 1:5000.
