- Western Blot: Survivin Antibody [NB100-56168] - Analysis of Normal Prostate Epithelium (NPE) and Prostate Cancer using [NB100-56168]. 100 ug/lane of each human tissue lysate was loaded per lane. Survivin was detected in 7 out of 8 prostate cancer patient specimens, but was not detected in NPE. Bands detected at predicted molecular weight of 16 kDa.
