- Detection of Human Survivin by Simple WesternTM. Simple Western lane view shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line and HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Survivin at approximately 23 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human Survivin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8861). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 2-40 kDa separation system.

- Detection of Human Survivin by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, 786-O human renal cell adenocarcinoma cell line, and Bowes human melanoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human Survivin Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8861) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for Survivin at approximately 16 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Survivin in MCF-7 Human Cell Line. Survivin was detected in immersion fixed MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line using Rabbit Anti-Human Survivin Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8861) at 1 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. - Survivin in Human Breast Cancer Tissue. Survivin was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast cancer tissue using Rabbit Anti-Human Survivin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8861) at 10 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Rabbit IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC003). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membrane and cytoplasm.
