- PA1-26382 detects Caspase 1 from human, rat, and mouse samples. PA1-26382 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin) procedures. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with all 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. The PA1-26382 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the second quarter of human Caspase 1 protein.
