Western Blot analysis: MCF7 (Lane 1) and Jurkat (Lane 2) cell extracts were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Capsase-1 Antibody Cat.-No AM33084PU (Clone 5B10).
