- Western blot analysis of MRPS30 was performed by loading Lane 1-4: K562, hela, hepg2 and Jurkat cell lysates (40µg) on to a 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a MRPS30 antibody (Product # PA5-51245) at a 1/400 dilution for 10 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
