Western blot analysis of CARD11 by CARD11 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB13783). Jurkat T cells (8 X 10⁶) were activated with CD3 monoclonal antibody (TR66, 10 ug/mL) and protein distribution of lipid raft (R) or non-raft (S) fractions was analyzed by detergent fractionation and immunoblotting (1 : 2,000) with CARD11 in nontransfected Jurkat T cells.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of CARD11 by CARD11 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB13783). Human T cells (clone 6396p5.1.2) were incubated with CD3 monoclonal antibody. Cells were stained for CD3 (green), phosphotyrosine (red) and CARD11 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB13783) (1 : 100 dilution; blue) and analyzed by confocal microscopy.
