- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat CARD11/CARMA1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line, and Y3-Ag rat myeloid cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat CARD11/CARMA1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4839) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for CARD11/CARMA1 at approximately 133 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
