- Western blot analysis of VDAC3 was performed by loading Human lung cancer tissue lysates (40µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a VDAC3 antibody (Product # PA5-51156) at a 1/350 dilution for 1 minute, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
